Over the years, Flip These Bricks Academy has trained over 250 individuals, equipping them not only with trade skills but also with the mindset to thrive. A significant number of our graduates have gone on to launch their own businesses, and many more have gained meaningful employment through our in-house recruiting team dedicated to job placement.
Our success rate is over 90% — a powerful testament to the effectiveness of our programs. In fact, 60% of our students become entrepreneurs, proving that our commitment to economic empowerment and ownership is real.
We proudly operate with headquarters in New York City serving NJ, CT and an active division in Atlanta with an outreach committee trailing in Dallas, Los Angeles California and Chicago, while also collaborating internationally in Africa—specifically in Nigeria, Cameroon, and Ghana. Our global partnerships train individuals abroad to return home and teach their communities, extending the Flip These Bricks movement across continents.
Our Second Chance Program holds an 85% success rate in reentry, helping individuals with felony records rebuild their lives, gain employment, and start their own companies. We believe no one is beyond redemption. We teach them how to form corporations, manage money, and build legacy wealth—because a record doesn’t define the future.
This isn’t theory, it’s testimony. Community members and former students alike attest to the leadership of Daniel Salem Dawkins II, who has mentored individuals out of love for over 25 years, without ever asking for anything in return.
Through our YouTube videos, infographics, and real-world results, we show that Flip These Bricks is a force for generational change. We are not just changing lives—we are changing the global economic narrative.
We are willing to carry the responsibility for addressing poverty and crime in our underserved communities. That’s why our Youth Build Program focuses on mentorship, becoming the father figure, many never had, and guiding the next generation away from gang violence and into group economics, real estate, and business ownership.
